Join author Troy Taylor for another night of our “An Evening with…” series of events! This eerie evening will include a catered dinner, served in our private ballroom at the former hotel. After dinner, Troy Taylor will be presenting an “Evening of Hollywood Horrors,” a night that will show you there is nothing scarier than a true story!
Since the days of early Hollywood, horror films have both terrified and entertained us but many of the darkest nightmares that have haunted theater screens have been based on real events. On this chilling night, you’ll discover the horrifying hauntings, murders, disappearances, and depravity that have inspired horror films over the years.
In 1972, the tagline for the film LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT assured us that we could keep telling ourselves that what we were seeing on the screen was only a movie – but on this night, you’ll find out that truth is stranger – and more terrifying – than fiction.
